How much does an image gallery cost?

For only 19 EUR* / month we can offer you a professional image gallery that is perfect for starting off. We set up your gallery within a very short period of time, allowing you to immediately start creating customers and uploading images. Naturally you can first test your image gallery free of charge for 30 days.
* The contract duration for the image gallery is 3 months. Should we not receive a notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the end of the contract, the contract will automatically be renewed for an additional 3 months. All prices are excluding VAT.

How do we set up the gallery?

You need not worry about anything in terms of setup. We set up your gallery on our internet server www.portraitbox.com within a very short period of time.

Are the images well protected?

All photos published by you in the image gallery have a low image resolution. This ensures fast loading times and is more than sufficient for selecting or ordering images. The images are no more than 500 pixels wide or high, which is not sufficient for quality reproductions. Additional protection is provided by means of the watermark function, which enables you to furnish each image with this mark. You can set the watermark as required. In addition, your image can optionally be marked with thin lines.

Can our logo be displayed?

If you have your own company logo, you can naturally include it. Our image galleries allow you to upload your logo, which is then displayed on each page in the Customer area. Alternatively, if you do not have your own logo, your company name is displayed.

Can we integrate the image gallery into our homepage?

Of course. Simply create a new menu item (e.g. "Image gallery") or link on your homepage and refer to the location of your image gallery. For rental galleries this is www.portraitbox.com/galeries/ihrstudio, for example. It?s that easy.

We would like to change galleries. Is that possible?

Of course. Prior to each payment interval, you have the option to change to a higher-level gallery. If you, as a BASIC customer (19 EUR* / month), would like to upload more images, we recommend our PROFI gallery (29 EUR* / month). This is an increase of only 10 EUR* per month.

How do we load the images onto the internet?

Very easily ? with our image galleries, you don't need any additional programs for uploading images. Your image gallery contains a small upload program, which you can operate directly via the password-protected Admin area. You should however resize the photos to 500 x 500 pixels before uploading them so as to reduce the copying time in the case of large volumes of images.

Do we benefit from a discount if we order several galleries?

Of course. We offer a discount of 10% when ordering more than five image galleries. From 10 licenses onwards, the discount is even as high as 20% of the monthly price. Naturally the reduced price applies to all connected studios. To qualify for these reductions, we require a central billing address for all connected studios.

Which internet browsers are supported?

We have programmed your Internet Picture Gallery in line with the latest technology and have ensured that it is possible to run 100% on all the most common browsers. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to test the Picture Gallery with every type of browser. We recommend you use the free Mozilla Firefox browser.
